The San-In呢款威士忌係經過桶中陳釀，混合咗日本威士忌，帶有香草同水果嘅味道，餘味仲有啲梨嘅香氣。

尾韻：尾韻柔和且持久，伴隨著些許泥煤和木桶的乾爽氣息，毫不違和。甜蜜的蜜糖帶來令人滿足的餘味，多種香料的芬芳在口腔中跳躍，提升了尾韻的完整度。

香氣整個香氣中有令人驚訝的酒精刺激感，不過在打開瓶子數天後，這種感覺似乎有所減弱。淡淡的櫻桃、肉桂和香草的暗示。整體上是甜的。加入水有助於減少酒精感，讓其他香氣更加突出一些。香氣與標準的Maker's Mark風格一致
