Collingwood Double Barreled Whisky White Rum Pale salmon colourThe first release from the Town Collection; the Double Barreled is first aged in white oak barrels then re barreled in heavily charred oak and finally finished with toasted Maplewood staves. The result is a rich, warm spirit filled with notes of dried stone fruit, sweet spice, vanilla and oak on a pleasing finish.
